Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use in its entirety so you, the BUYER, fully understand the “can” and “can nots” for use of the products.

These graphics are designed for small, home based business, and personal use. Please be sure you are not purchasing duplicate files. We are not responsible for lost files on your part (computer crashes etc) Please back your files up in as many places as you are able to, such as Dropbox Google Drive etc. Please note you CANNOT create any CU items like clipart packs or Digi stamps or papers with these files unless you have a license to do so.

Uses of products

RESALE ITEMS: All products can be used to create physical products for resale. This includes but is not limited to completed paper piecing, scrapbook pages, greeting cards, invitations, food wrappers, tags, or paper décor.

PRINTABLES:  Products can be sold as a printed item to include invitations, cards, stationary, stickers, business cards, cupcake/food wrappers, water bottle labels, table centre pieces, tags, labels, favour boxes, calendars, iron on transfers, games, party supplies or decals. Files must be flattened and enough of your own design must be added to make it unique. COLLAGE SHEETS, DECOUPAGE SHEETS are NOT ALLOWED. You are NOT allowed to place images on a plain white background as this allows others to copy and paste in any program and have access to the original art.

DIGITAL SCRAPBOOKING: Products can be used to create your own personal digital scrapbook project. You can create and sell digital scrapbook pages that has been flattened so graphics cannot be extracted from the page layout.

NON PROFIT/PERSONAL USAGE: All products can be used for all personal and non-profit uses. This includes using the products to create projects for yourself or as a gift you give that is not sold in any way.

TEACHERS/EDUCATORS: Products can be used to create games or educational sheets for personal, classroom and educational purposes.

EMBROIDDERY: You are NOT allowed to sell embroidery patterns. However, you are allowed to create a finished product such as clothing, towels, bedding etc. for your own personal use, or for sale-if selling it is for your customers personal use only.

RIBBON/FABRIC: Products can be used to create graphic ribbon/fabric for personal use only that is not sold in any way.

PRINT AND CUT: Products can be used for print and cut for personal use and for resale. Projects sold must be a finished product and not a digital product.

WEB DESIGN/LOGOS: products can be used to create logos and web designs for personal use. Logos and web designs created for resale can be sold if the product is part of the overall design and must be flattened so graphics cannot be extracted from the design created.

CUT FILES: You must NOT create any svg, dxf or any cut files to sell.
You can only create these files for your own personal use, not for commercial use.
To use any of my designs to sell as cut files is strictly not allowed.
