PRODUCT INFORMATION

All products at Last Minute Manda are digital products ONLY that are provided in compressed/zipped (.zip) files. You will NOT receive any physical products.
 
Purchased products can be downloaded directly from your account immediately after your payment has been processed. If you have any problems downloading your products, please email us.

If you receive a file that is damaged in any way, please contact us and we will be more than happy to give you a new download link for the product. You will ALWAYS receive the goods you purchase.

SHIPPING

As the products in the store are digital downloadable products, you will NOT receive any physical products and no shipping fee will be added to your order.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our online site, Last Minute Manda have a strict NO RETURN policy for any products and all sales are final. If it appears there has been a problem with your order, or you have questions, please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

DUPLICATE PURCHASES

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the products they plan to buy have not been already bought because no exchange / refund will be given. We recommend that you keep a track of your purchases, or, check into your history, and this, if you have any doubt about a product, before purchasing it again.

DOWNLOADS 

Make sure to download, unzip and check your purchases to be sure that they have been successfully transferred into your computer. It is your responsability to back up your files and we strongly encourage you to do it on an external hard drive or disk.

REFUNDS

As all store products are digitally downloadable, no refunds can be made, except for damaged product, or, for a file that is empty (at your request).

INCOMPATIBLE FILES / SOFTWARES

Our product listings state the file types included, we will not offer any refunds if you purchase something you cannot use. Please be sure to clearly read the descriptions before you purchase. Should you have any questions you can always email us and ask beforehand. We will do our best to help get you a file type that can work for you.

SALES / REDUCED PRICING

At any time, Last Minute Manda may have items available on sale or at reduced prices. If you order that item previously or after the time the item is on sale, you will not be given that sale price. The sale or reduced price is only honored when the item is ordered with in the time frame it is on sale or the price is reduced.
